It functions as the nerve center where data from multiple sources—including warehouses, transportation networks, inventory systems, and distribution facilities—converges to provide comprehensive visibility and enable rapid decision-making. Control centres integrate with enterprise systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms to create a unified command point for logistics operations.
